my car is hard to start, the engine needs 10-15 second to start and in the oil there to much fuel in there and when the engien is running, the engine is shaking to much.

The intake manifold has what is called a PCV plate on it back side that needs to be replaced and possibly the throttle plate profile gasket and the intake manifold gaskets too. Reset the adaptations after the repairs are complete.
