can feel the vibration in the steering wheel and throughout the whole vehicle starts at a low speed about 25mph becomes stronger at 50 - 60mph than fades away a little, along with that comes humming noise i think it comes from the front.all tires are new and balanced.Thought about the differencial, but the noice is tricking me.Previous owner talked about tie rods,i dont know if that can cause that. The vibration is very mild, car is driveble, some passangers will not even notice. Thanks for help, John.

John, the first step should be to inspect the suspension and find out if there are worn or damaged parts.

At 190k, I am sure there are many things worn out. Shocks can be an issue and so can the suspension components. If you weigh the value of the car against what you have to spend on the need for transportation, you might wish to consider another vehicle, BMW cars can nickle and dime you to the point of distraction.
