1989 BMW 735 Gerr Problems (HELP)

I have an 89, 735i BMW with a four speed auto transmission that stuck in 3rd gear. I can onlt get reverse and third. Action taken so far: Replaced trans. Replace module, replace A&M switch and had it reprogrammed by BMW. Nothing worked...

The harness was replaced last week, with no change. Thanks for responding.

If you have done all that work, "Replaced trans. Replace module, replace A&M switch and had it reprogrammed by BMW" the only other problem it can be is the wiring harness, check the wiring harness very carefully, make sure the connections are making contact and not the harness has not been damaged.
