Thank you for your answer. I have already changed the transmission computer twice. For the first time, it worked for one week. The second time, it worked for a month. Now the trasmission doesn't change while driving just launch 3rd

I recommend looking at the possible root cause for this issue, you have twice replaced the EGS and now the recurrence of the same symptom might possibly indicate a solenoid shorted or drawing too much current. A pinched or worn wiring harness that is shorting could do this as well as a poor connection.
