Comfort Key access FOB

i just purchased a used 650i, and it only had one comfort access key fob. can i program it, or is this something only a dealer can do? if i can, can you tell me how?

Unfortunately, you do need a scan tool capable of doing this, so we need to run through this info and find a tool capable of programming them for you. I would suggest finding a locksmith that has the ability to do it and they may even come to you.
