Windshield wiper issue

My windshield wipers do not work and I just changed the circuits. I was wondering if the wipers could be not working because of something wrong with the motor?

There is a relay in the fusebox that is rectangular that controls the wipers, try wiggling it or perhaps replacing it. It is the wiper control and it is called the wish-wash relay.
