our car was hit at the rear passenger tire and now dsc indicator light stays on and now i can feel every bump and groove, how do i get my stabilizers/dsc to work again

most likely if the car was involved in an accident and hit the rear wheel You may have some bent suspension's parts, my suggestion to you is, take it in for a four-wheel alignment, and they will tell you if there are any issues. Then let me know.
