1998 BMW 540 wheels shaking when bracking

Brakes problem
1998 BMW 540 V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150k miles

My Front wheels feel like there shaking when i apply brakes. I have had the pads, rotars,alignment, and balanceing done. It hasn't made a difference. I need some other input NOW!!!!!!!!

Does steering wheel shake? what speed any?
Dash shake?
Pedal pulsate?
Where rotors trued or replaced?
