Engine Mechanical problem
1994 BMW 535i 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

The car flooded when trying to start after three weeks layup. Battery recharged. Still will not start. Compression and electrics check out OK Cylinders getting gas. ? next step

There is spark at each plug? Remove them all and confirm this please. They might require replacement as well. Let's start with this mate ♥
