how do i put the fan belt back on

Pop the cap off the tensioner pulley and turn the torx bolt to the right to achieve adjustment. The belt routing is as follows, over the water pump, under the deflection pulley(the pulley that does not move for belt tension) over the alternator, down and around the power steering pump, then around the crankshaft pulley, then around the tensioner pulley and back to the water pump
