something is draining my battery over night. My shift indicator light stays on all the time can that do it. If so can I just take the bulb out to prevent current being used. THANK YOU

Hi there,
That will be enough to cause problems, but you will need to find out the cause of the light staying on rather than just removing the globe.

Failure to achieve the "sleep" mode is an indicator of a door not being shut or perhaps the general module has failed and will require replacement and subsequent recoding.
