1999 BMW 528 Front Passenger Door

Interior problem
1999 BMW 528 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive 86650 miles

My front passenger door will not open and is locked (apparently deadbolted and the activator won't unlockit)
We cannot even get it open to take of the panel to fix the activator. Scanner was applied but did not help. HELP!!

The door panel will need to come off to replace the door latch/actuator. I know it isn't easy but you will need to try to get it off in place to access the inside of the door.
