1987 BMW 528 fuel smell in and out of car

i can smell gas when i get in the car before i have even started it in the morning and today i noticed that i can smell it under the hood as well. i cant find a leak can you help?

Inspect the charcoal canister could be saturated with fuel-leaky fuel pressure regulator-

Raz is correct and if the fuel hoses have not been replaced with the correct fuel line you will want to replace them now. Correct means the fuel hose for BMW fuel injected engines, not the SAE American car hose, it can't take the pressure.
