when i start my car it revs over 2000 rpm or more,i hit the gas padle and it drops low then gose hi again , what can i do to fix this problem?

A new idle control valve and an idle control unit. Part# for the unit is 13-41-1-286-133 and the valve is 13-41-1-707-395

Hi Dr Hagerty,Thank you for pinpointing the problem,I checked the idle control valve,clean inside it with a silicone spary.It fixed the problem.THANK YOU.
