I just changed the spark plugs on my 2004 525i. Upon completion, I went to crank the car and I would not start. Initially there was power but it dwindled down slowly. I was able to reset the service warning but shortly after that the car lost all power. The remote for the locks doesn't even work. I cant figure out what I may have done wrong. Can you help?

I like to try and start with the basic stuff first, did the coils all get plugged back in correctly? The loss of power and the service interval resetting are related in what way?

I checked the plugs and coils to ensure they were secure. I have read that they need to be put in with a torque wrench. Could that be my issue and will putting the old ones back fix it?
