1995 BMW 525i rear seat belt passenger side

How do I remove the rear seat belt on the passenger side. The present one has jammed and will retract or extend. I have ordered a OEM replacement

Pull up on the seat bottom at the front, it pops up and out. There are two 10mm sheet metal screws at the lower outside edges for the seat back, remove them and b4 you do, take the headrests out, they slide up and out.
