my car makes a rattle noise from under the car it seems like above tha transmision goin from second to third and there is actually some vibration also from back wheels at the same time

Inspect the drive shaft, remove it if needed and look for a broken center bearing support and for stiff or frozen universal joints. Rebuild or new, it is about the same price, your choice. I would go to Oceanside drive line in San Diego north county for a price check on rebuilt and Realoem.com for new, that is all ♥
