my car is losing oil pressure and my car is overheating but i dont see any leaking, what could be the problem

Two issues here, oil pressure and overheating. What is the problem with the oil pressure, is it turning on the light? What color is the light? Has anything been done so far? The overheat is due to what, a leak or is it in traffic or what, I need more specificity.
