Transmission problem
1989 BMW 525i 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 235k miles

I have a problem with my gearbox (Bmw 525i M20 all standard) and would like to know whether I can fit a manual box from a 1982 BMW 6cylinder M20 520I.

The `box will fit, the driveshaft might not. Best get all the information on all components and send it and we will see if there is a crossover.
