1989 BMW 525i Right Low Beam Headlight not working

MY right side low beam headlight is not working.
I replaced the bulb, Checked the fuse no 11 which is OK.

I tried it with a voltmeter, I cannot get voltage upto the fuse no 11. Where else should I look.

Do you have an electrical diagram? The lamp control module is suspect. It is under hood on the left in the E-box.

I dont have electrical diagram. If I take the lamp module out. Is there a connectivity test I can run using conventional voltmeter.
