1989 BMW 525i Replaced timing belt now no compression

I replaced the timing belt per the shop manual and now there is no start or no compression. What do I do now?

Possibly the timing is only off enough to cause a no start, or you have bent some valves. Recheck the cam timing again and see where it is and get back to me.
