The air thats coming out of the front vents is not blowing cold air and the AC is not engaging. We have replaced the AC Condenser Fan. Do you think the AC presure sensor might be bad? The temp gage is always reading wright in the middle. Is that were it should be? Please let me know. Thanks.

First thing is to check to make sure you are getting power to the compressor when you turn on the AC switch. Pull off the power plug on the compressor and check with a testing tool like a 12v light or ohm meter. You temp gauge in the middle should be fine. Each car may register a little different so as ong as the temp needle is stable then you should be fine.

When I disconnect the AC dryer pressure sensor, the AC turn on and turns right off. Do you think that the a/c dryer pressure sensor might be going bad?

You are seeing what happens when there is a loss of refrigerant. Place the correct gauges on the A/C system and repost with high/low pressures.

I beleive the AC Pressure sensor is the low pressure sensor. Removing it will take the low pressure sensing out of the service. If the compressor is coming on for a breif moment, then you do have a freon pressure problem, could be a sensor but could also be a restriction in the system or as Dr. Hagerty suggest, loss of refrigerant. Need to install guages and provide readings. Some mom and pop shops will charge less than 100 buck to diagnois your problem. If they fix it it will be included in the repair cost.
