When AC condenser sensor is plugged the fan shuts off, and when it's disconnected the fan just runs at a high speed. What can it be? What can I do? Please let me know. Thanks.

Why are you disconnecting the sensor?

It sounds like the AC controller is bad or the system is low on refrigerant.
