Hi there,
There is a problem somewhere, is it with the calibration of the alignment equipment? Have you checked the tyres for problems, did you rotate the tyres? Check the steering and suspension for any signs of wear, loose steering rack, faulty struts? If the operator of the alignment machine is competent, he will be checking for any mechanical defect that will affect the alignment, if this is the case, I would be looking for a calibration error in the alignment heads.
