I'm considering buying a slightly used '08 BMW that was supposedly returned to a dealer in California under their lemon law due to a defective cooling fan.The car was then bought at auction by an Illinois BMW dealer. They say the problem has been easily remedied and is A -ok and the car will be under warranty. Sounds logical but is this the type of long term problem I should be concerned about?

The 335 is a problem child. Buying one will test your pocketbook as well as your patience, I would consider other options. Just my opinion.

335 got lots of problem other than cooling fan. I suggest look for a better BMW model. Don't this twice.
