I WAS TOLD THAT THE ELECTRONIC ACTUATORS IN THE VALVE BODY OF THIS AUTO.TRANS. CAN NOT BE REPLACED AND THE ONLY FIX IS R AND R ON THE COMPLETE TRANS.ASSY. ?

It would depend on BMW, they own the warranty.
