when cruising at low speeds (and I believe when it's warmer outside) there is a screeching noise that sounds like bad breaks (same sound you hear when cars next to you like taxi's screech when coming to a stop). Except this happens when I'm NOT applying any breaks and when going slowly (10mph and under) - also the noise seems to disappear when i am turning the corner... not sure what it could be. I took it into dealership and they're saying they can't replicate the noise so they can't fix it, but it's colder today and that could be the reason why it's not making screeching noise. also, my car is still under warranty and they don't have $ incentive to really care and fix. any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to raise your voice with the dealer and have this issue dealt with. The squeaking wheel gets the grease.
