2006 BMW 330 car coolant boils over

I know this car has an electric water pump.
With engine off and temperature below 77 deg F, you turn heater on and the water pump works, used to heat car interior.
I did this, opened coolant reservoir and could see the coolant moving.
Question is, why is the car overheating?

No it is not, bought May 2005 4 years/50,000 miles, that's why I am asking for help.
Once this car has been to the dealership it has gone through one starter, alternator and battery, in just 24,500 miles
