2005 BMW 330 transmision

I recently purchased a 330i bmw my question is when I put my car into reverse to pull out of my driveway it makes a clicking type noise going from park to reverse, it only does it once, cause if I try to do it again meaning putting the car back into park and reverse it won't make that noise anymore, what can be causing this, should I be concern.
