I have just bough this car it has Xenon head lights that work great, but there are two center lights the original High beams. They do not come on at all, bulbs are good and car knows if they are disconnected. Why don't they light?

Bi-xenon lights are shuttered internally to allow for a high focus as well as normal lighting. The inside lights are daytime driving lights that must be selected with the car/key memory function. The BMW repair facility of your choice will be able to program that and other functions usually for a fee.
