I am having problems with my navigator system. It say PLEASE WAIT A MOMENT. It never goes to the naviigator street maps. That same navigator monitor system controls the radio also and there is no other problem with the system other than the navigator system. I would like to know what is the problem.

The navigation computer is not receiving signals or has an internal fault or it requires a software upgrade.
