Passenger side xenon headlight was out. Replaced bulb, still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

The Xenon lamps have 3 items to deal with. The bulb, which you say was replaced. The ignitor and the control module. At the dealer we replaced a lot of the control modules, try swapping known good parts from one side to the other.
