After the wheel is off, remove the brake caliper and then the disc. Pry the protective cap off and remove the big nut, I believe it is a 36mm. Bolt on your slide hammer and force the hub off. Often the inside race will get stuck on the axle stub, this can be cut off with a die grinder, be careful not to cut into the axle stub. Warm up the replacement bearing and it often slides right on the axle stub and you may wish to use a bit of 120 grit sandpaper on the stub to take down any high spots. Reinstall the nut and torque it to 222 ft. Lbs.
