2002 BMW 330 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 100k miles

This past week, we had a flood in louisville, KY. My auto was submerged to the top of the seat. My adjuster has yet to inspect the vehicle. If it not totaled out and considered repairable what problems could I face in the future? It was not purchased thru a bmw dealer, and as much as I like the car, I don't want further headaches. Your thoughts?

The adjuster will determine value of the car previous to the damage, I would opt out of any flood damaged vehicle myself. Damage to the electronics alone is too much to talk about in the possibility of what dirty water and electronics mixed is.
