I CANT GET MY CAR INTO GEAR, YESTERDAY IT SLIPED TOTALLY OUT OF GEAR AND I HAD A JOB GETTING IT BACK IN TO GEAR. AFTER THAT I DROVE FOR 20 MILES OR SO AND NO PROBLEMS, THIS MORNING CANT GET IT IN TO GEAR AT ALL.

Mike, take the caps lock off and tell me if it is a manual or automatic transmission.

Hi there, its a manual transmission, allso yesterday I was told to pump the clutch 10-15 times whilst the engine was running. I was then after this able to get it into gear with the engine running, all gears seem to be going in but I havnt driven it. I had the rear brake pads replaced last week allso and been told that there could be an air blockage if they havnt been bled properly?Any reply most welcome thanks mike

It is likely there is something wrong with the clutch hydraulic system, probably the master cylinder. I would replace both slave and master cylinders and be done with it if either is leaking. Go to Realoem. Com for the price and availability ot your parts.
