I cannot reset the "Service Engine Soon" light on the car. The car passed the parameters of the smog test, but did not pass because this light stayed on after the test. We reset the computer by using the methods in the manual and reset the service interval, but that did not fix the problem either.

The Smog Technician gave us these trouble codes:
P0369 CMP Sen-B CKT Intermit Bank-1 (Camshaft Sensor Exhaust)
&
P0505 Idle Air Control System

What is the problem? What needs to be fixed? What parts need to be replaced? Until I fix this problem the car cannot be registered.

Replace the exhaust cam sensor. Inspect the intake system for vacuum leaks. A smoke machine is my choice for this task. The cyclone separator and it's hoses are prone to leaking at the age and mileage you report. Plastic and rubber components underhood degrade due to the extreme environment.
