2001 BMW 330 rough engine no idle

just had fuel pump replaced. When fuel gets to a 1/4 tank idle gets rough, sometime wont even idle. Fill it up and it runs fine.

It very well might require removal of the fuel pump to see what went wrong with the installation. Also check to see if the siphon jet was disturbed, it is what transfers fuel from the left side of the tank so that the pump can pick it up.
