2001 BMW 330 blower fan will not shut off

hi, i own a 330ci and the blower fan will not shut off, even when i have turned off the car and took the keys out of the ignition. I have not replaced any part everything is original. Do you have any suggestions for me please. Thank you

It requires removal of the glove box and one of the door actuators needs to be moved a bit too. Part #3 in the site picture.
