The engine fan on the inside of the radiator wobbles whenever the motor runs, making a loud gurgling noise. Is there a bolt to tighten up the fan, or is it a bigger problem originating inside the water pump.

Seems like you got a problem with the pump, I would consider replacement of the pump and an inspection of all the cooling system components ♥
