1997 BMW 328 blower motor goes on and off

Blower works for about 1 min and then cuts off,after that it will turn on and off periodicly and it doesnt matter if the air is on or the heat is on,It just won't stay on, Please help

It's the final stage unit Mitch. The blower motor is controlled by a device that uses solid-state devices to control the fan and it will require replacement. Go to Realoem.com for a final stage unit.
