My vehicle starts idling down after about 10 seconds?

When I come to a stop sign or stoplight, my vehicle starts idling down after about 10 seconds and seems as if it would cut off if I don't give it a little gas. It does the same thing in the morning when I start it up. When I unplug the mass air sensor, it idles fine. When I plug it back in it starts to Idle down. Please help

The MAF sensor can cause this problem. I would replace the IAC and the throttle body and I would check for vacuum leaks, please go over this guide which can help you
