would a328i engine fit in a vauxhall 2.2 that has a blown z22se engine as the body is good and i have good engine bad body with the bmw

Your question "will it fit" is best answered with another question, "How much time and money is it going to take and is it worth it" can best be answered by the installer. I would say go for it, I have installed BMW engines in several unusual projects, it was a challenge and a great feeling of accomplishment.
