I hit the brakes pretty hard about 2 weeks ago when i had to suddenly stop on the highway. I was driving at about 50 mph when this happen. Ever since then there has been a weird scratching noise on the front passenger wheel and yesterday the car started to vibrate and make a weird noise when i accelerate it. The vibration starts at about 30mph and gets worse as i increase the speed. The vibration stops as soon as i take the foot off the gas. Any idea about what is going on there?

Inspect the driveshaft, the center support bearing in particular.
