2004 BMW 325 Rattling at front right side of car

Noises problem
2004 BMW 325 All Wheel Drive 101,000 miles

When I turn right I hear a rattling noise from the front right-hand side of the car (sounds like it's low on the car). The car also shakes when I go over 50mph. Any idea what might be causing this?

Check the front lower control arm bushings for excessive play or wear.
