2004 BMW 325 Alternator

I am trying to replace the alternator in my 2004 bmw 325. how do you get to the bolts to get it out. and the head of the top bolt looks like it is part of one of the pullys. I have made other repairs to this car with no problems, but this one hase me stumped.

Pop the caps off those pulleys and access the bolts.
