TIRES ARE BALANCED ON MFG RIMS. NEW REAR BRAKES AND ROTORS. NEW CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS. STEERING WHEEL SHAKES INTERMITTENTLY AROUND 40-60 MPH. HAVE READ COULD BE BRAKE CALIPERS, CONTROL ARMS, ETC. IS THERE A COMMON CAUSE FOR THIS PROBLEM?

There is a bulletin, it has to do with the coupler in the steering column.
