2003 BMW 325 loosing water

my o3 bmw radiator sensor always goes on after a short drive, add coolent to it but it still after another dirve i loose water, we did a pressuer test, we found a leak in the extension tank, we change it, but it still has the same problem, what is my next step?

Perform another pressure test and find out where the leak is.
