COOLANT LEVEL LITE STAYS ON, INSTALLED NEW SENSOR, ENGINE RUNS AT NORMAL TEMP, FLUID LEVEL AT NORMAL LEVEL. DID CHANGE COOLANT and a new expansion tank

You will possibly need to replace the expansion tank. The sensor (reed switch) is commanded by the float and it may be an internal fault in the expansion tank, I have seen this lots of times.
