Yesterday, I went to start my vehicle. After turning the key, nothing but a couple of clicking sounds. Radio was on and working at the same time. I turned the radio off and the car started, probably a coincidence. I took the car to a reputable local garage and the battery and alternator chacked out fine. The car has been starting but seems to take a little longer for ignition. Could these be the first signs of a failing starter or something else?? Thank you!

Could be a battery issue too, how old is the battery? If it is as old as the car I would consider it as a possible issue.
