I bought my God daughter a 2002 BMW 325i and one of the idler pulleys froze up and snapped the belt. The belt also broke the blades on the cooling fan. I think she might have driven the car too long afterward. The car was repaired a few days later but it started running hot that same day and making loud clunking noises. Is it possible that the engine is completely shot?
